What is the 75 Hard Modified Challenge 12-week Dashboard?

This 12-week time management system is designed to help you complete more in less time. The system is based on the idea that you should focus on 12 key areas in your life, and work on them for 12 weeks at a time. This approach can help you stay focused and motivated, and make more progress in a shorter period.

75 Hard Challenge (Mod)

  1. Follow a Diet
    1. No Alcohol
    2. Limit Refined Sugars (Fruit doesn’t count)
    3. Cheat meals once a month!
    4. Veggies, grains, and nuts once a day.
  2. Daily Cardio
    1. Minimum step 8k - 10k (30-45mins)
  3. 5x Per week Resistance Training
  4. Daily Progress Photo and Weight Measurements
  5. Daily Journaling
    1. 3-5 things I’m grateful for
    2. 3-5 things I love about myself
    3. End-of-day review
  6. Read 10 mins a day
    1. Can be either Fiction or non-fiction
