What is the 75 Hard Modified Challenge 12-week Dashboard?
This 12-week time management system is designed to help you complete more in less time. The system is based on the idea that you should focus on 12 key areas in your life, and work on them for 12 weeks at a time. This approach can help you stay focused and motivated, and make more progress in a shorter period.
- Vision: Before you start, it is important to have a clear vision of where you want to go. This will help you to know what steps you need to take to get there. In the Areas database you can create an area of your life you want to improve and define your vision and aspirations for that area.
- Goals:
Create goals for the next 12 weeks in the goals database and assign areas to each goal.
- Tasks: These are the actions you will take to reach your 12-week goals.
in the goal page click on the new goal template. it will create tasks view for the current goal. set tasks you want to do to achieve that goal. you can assign week for every task in the week property. set frequency property to the number of times you want to do that task for that week.
- Weekly Review: Measure your progress
Measure your task completion at the end of each week in the weekly review database. set the number of tasks you set and number of tasks you finished in the respective properties this will provide a score. if your score is more than 85% you will most likely reach your goal.

- Read 10 mins a day
